HELP!!! How do you meld cards when somebody knocks

A default optimum meld will work almost 99 times out of a 100. If you have deduced the opponent's cards and have any special meld requirements, select Menu -> Preferences. Under Preferences, there's an option "Knocker selects melds". You will be able to select from available melds.
